You can choose between two formats:

• self-paced course – flexible and available anytime
• Facilitated format – with exchange, feedback, and guidance in live sessions

This offering does not constitute distance learning. The facilitated format focuses on guidance and collaboration.

You complete the 10-week learning journey independently with weekly changing topics, implement the content using the provided materials, and participate in the live exchange on Fridays.

Participants in the self-paced course can learn and implement at their own pace. They do not participate in the live sessions.
