01 Alignment
Joint strategy workshop for situational analysis, goal definition, and prioritization of the next development steps.
02 Evolution
Over a period of three months, we will support you in implementing your measures:
- 12 sessions in total
(1 workshop + 11 individual coaching/sparring sessions of 1 hour each) - Individual consultation and expert sparring
- Support with communication, stakeholder management, and implementation
- Flexible coordination via email and exchange as needed
03 Review
After three months, a joint follow-up takes place to reflect on progress, evaluate effectiveness, and plan the next steps.
