04 Evolution
We involve employees right from the implementation phase: operational teams develop targeted measures and practical tools for strategic priorities to ensure sustainable cultural change.
And we support the implementation: through regular team check-ins, reviews, and status assessments.
This is how we integrate the strategy into daily work and shape the further development of your safety culture – supported by operational teams with active employee participation.
You will receive:
- Introduction and support of Safety Culture Teams incl. sponsor and team scopes
- Derivation of concrete action plans in workshops
- practical tools and methods
- effective employee participation
- minimum 6-month implementation support, e.g., 2-week team check-ins and monthly reviews for project management, with focus topics as needed, as well as a strategy update after 3 and 6 months
